Returns and Exchanges

Preorders

If you preordered an Aurean Cloak, you can cancel for a full refund any time before July 22, 2026. After that date, your preorder funds the production run and is no longer refundable.

To cancel a preorder, email hello@aurean.shop with your order number before July 22, 2026.

Once your Cloak ships, the standard return and exchange policy below applies (30 days from delivery).

Sizing exchanges

Aurean Cloaks are sized to match your Oura Ring size 1:1. If you wear an Oura 8, you order a Cloak 8.

If yours doesn't fit as expected, email hello@aurean.shop within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the size you need. Provided the Cloak is unworn and in original packaging, we'll arrange the exchange.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (less original shipping if applicable), provided the item is:

  • Unworn
  • In its original packaging
  • Free of damage, scratches, or signs of wear

Email hello@aurean.shop with your order number and reason for return, and we'll send you a prepaid return shipping label.

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, your refund is processed to your original payment method within 5 business days. Bank processing times can add another 3-5 days before funds appear.

What we can't accept

  • Worn pieces
  • Items without original packaging
  • Items damaged in unboxing or use
  • Returns initiated more than 30 days after delivery

Shipping costs

We cover return shipping for all approved returns and exchanges within the United States. International returns and exchanges: customer pays return shipping; we cover the replacement shipping (for exchanges) or refund the item cost (for returns) once received in acceptable condition.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@aurean.shop. We'll replace it free of charge with priority shipping. Photos help us process the claim faster.

Refunds on Shop Pay Installments orders

If you paid via Shop Pay Installments and request a refund, Affirm handles the installment adjustment automatically. Any payments you've already made are refunded; any future scheduled payments are cancelled. The refund process may take 5-10 business days to fully reconcile.
