Each Cloak is made to order. From the day you place an order to the day it lands at your door is currently 6-8 weeks.

Free worldwide shipping

Aurean ships everywhere. Shipping is included in the price you see at checkout. No surprise add-ons.

Duties prepaid

For international orders, we prepay duties and import taxes through DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). You won't be charged customs on delivery. The price you see is the total price.

Tracking and updates

We email you at every step of the way:

• Order received
• Cast and shaped
• Hand-finished
• Quality checked
• Shipped, with tracking

You'll always know where your piece is in the process.

Lost packages

If your package goes missing in transit, email hello@aurean.shop with your order number. We'll work with the carrier to track it down or send a replacement.
