Shipping policy

This policy describes how Aurean ships your order, what to expect, and what to do if something goes wrong. The Aurean Refund Policy covers returns and exchanges; this policy covers everything from the moment you place your order to the moment your piece arrives.

Production and Delivery Timeline

Each Aurean piece is made to order. From the day you place your order to the day it lands at your door is currently 6 to 8 weeks.

We email you at every step of the way:

  • Order received and entered into production
  • Cast and shaped
  • Hand-finished
  • Quality checked
  • Shipped, with tracking

You'll always know where your piece is in the process. If your replacement is for an exchange or replacement, the timeline starts again from the order date.

Free Worldwide Shipping

Standard shipping is included in the price you see at checkout, to every country we serve. There are no separate shipping charges, no surprise add-ons at the cart, and no calculation based on weight or distance. All orders are tracked.

Duties and Import Taxes

For international orders, Aurean prepays all applicable duties and import taxes through Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping. You will not be charged customs, duties, or import fees on delivery. The price you see at checkout is the total price you pay.

Note: applicable sales tax is calculated separately at checkout based on your shipping address and is not included in the listed product price.

Delivery Estimates

Once your piece ships, standard delivery times are typically:

  • United States: 3 to 7 business days
  • Canada and Mexico: 5 to 10 business days
  • Europe and United Kingdom: 5 to 12 business days
  • Asia and Oceania: 5 to 12 business days
  • All other countries: 7 to 15 business days

These windows are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, customs processing, and circumstances outside our control can affect delivery. We are not liable for shipping delays once your package has left our fulfillment center.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you realize an address is wrong, contact us at hello@aurean.shop as soon as possible. We may be able to update it before your piece enters production or ships.

Packages returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address are reshipped at the customer's cost. We will email you with payment instructions before reshipping.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is marked delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first, as packages are occasionally delivered to the wrong address by mistake or held at a local facility. If your package still cannot be located, contact hello@aurean.shop with your order number and we will work with the carrier to locate it or arrange a replacement at no charge.

If your piece arrives damaged from shipping, email hello@aurean.shop within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and the packaging. We will either ship a replacement or issue a full refund at our discretion.

Countries We Do Not Ship To

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. If your country is not available at checkout, it means we are unable to ship there at this time. Contact us at hello@aurean.shop if you'd like to be notified when shipping to your region becomes available.

Order Cancellations and Changes

Because each piece is made to order, production begins shortly after your order is placed. If you need to change or cancel your order, contact hello@aurean.shop as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate the change before production starts. Once production has begun, changes and cancellations may not be possible.
