We want you to wear your Cloak with confidence. If something isn't right, here's how it works.

30-day window

You have 30 days from delivery to return your Cloak for a full refund.

What's returnable

Unworn pieces in their original packaging. The Cloak must arrive back to us in the same condition it left.

How to start a return

Email hello@aurean.shop with your order number and the reason. We'll send you a prepaid return label and instructions.

Refund timing

Once your return is received and inspected, we issue your refund within 3 business days. Most banks then take 5-10 business days to post it back to your original payment method.

Sizing

Not sure about your size? We recommend the free Oura sizing kit at ouraring.com before ordering. If your Cloak arrives and doesn't fit, returns and exchanges are covered within the 30-day window.
