Aurean Step Challenge — Official Sweepstakes Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

1. Sponsor

The Aurean Step Challenge Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Aurean, 7439 Wooster Pike #105, Cincinnati, OH 45227, United States ("Sponsor").

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of any country worldwide who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry (or the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is older). Entrants must own an Oura Ring (any generation).

The Sweepstakes is void in Quebec, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, the Crimea region, and anywhere else prohibited by law. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible.

3. Entry Period

The Sweepstakes begins on Tuesday, July 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time and ends on Sunday, July 7, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (the "Entry Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will be disqualified.

4. How to Enter

Base entry: During the Entry Period, complete the entry form at aurean.shop/challenge. You must submit (a) your name and email, (b) your country of residence, (c) confirmation that you are 18 or older, (d) the generation and size of your Oura Ring, (e) your highest single-day step count recorded in the Oura app between July 1 and July 7, 2026 (the "Best Day"), (f) a screenshot of your Oura app showing the Best Day, and (g) acceptance of these Official Rules.

Resubmission: You may resubmit the form during the Entry Period if you beat your Best Day. Only your highest qualifying entry will count. The most recent submission will be used in the event of a tie.

Bonus raffle entries: You may earn additional raffle entries (which apply only to the raffle drawing, not the top-3 step-count prizes) by completing the following actions during the Entry Period and uploading proof to the entry form:

• Follow @aurean on TikTok (+1 entry)
• Follow Aurean on Facebook (+1 entry)
• Share the official challenge post to your Instagram or Facebook story and tag @aurean (+2 entries)
• Tag two Oura Ring-owning friends in the official launch post on the Aurean Facebook page (+1 entry)

Maximum total raffle entries per person: 7 (1 base entry plus up to 6 bonus entries). Proof must be uploaded with your entry. Submissions without proof do not receive bonus entries. No purchase is required to earn any entry.

5. Prizes

1st Place (highest single-day step count): One (1) Shopify store credit toward an Aurean Cloak in the amount of $200 USD. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $200 USD.

2nd Place (second-highest single-day step count): One (1) Shopify store credit toward an Aurean Cloak in the amount of $100 USD. ARV: $100 USD.

3rd Place (third-highest single-day step count): One (1) Shopify store credit toward an Aurean Cloak in the amount of $50 USD. ARV: $50 USD.

Raffle Winner (one (1) winner, drawn at random from all eligible non-top-3 entries weighted by total raffle entries): One (1) Aurean Cloak, winner's choice of silver or gold finish, in their Oura Ring size. ARV: $258 USD (silver) or $278 USD (gold).

Total ARV of all prizes: $608 USD (silver raffle) or $628 USD (gold raffle).

Store credit is non-transferable, has no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and does not expire. Store credit may be combined with any other Sponsor discount or promotion at the time of redemption. Top 3 winners are excluded from the raffle drawing; one prize per person.

6. Non-Gen-4 Raffle Winner Substitution

The Aurean Cloak currently sold by Sponsor fits the Oura Ring Generation 4 only. If the winner of the Raffle prize owns an Oura Ring other than Generation 4 (for example, Generation 3 or Generation 5) or does not own an Oura Ring at the time of winning, the Raffle prize will be substituted with Shopify store credit equal to the prize's ARV ($258 USD) usable toward any product sold by Sponsor at any time, including a future Cloak compatible with the winner's ring generation if and when such a product is released. No cash equivalent. No expiration.

7. Winner Selection

Winners will be selected on or about Monday, July 8, 2026.

Top-3 prizes will be awarded to the three entrants with the highest qualifying single-day step counts as submitted via the entry form. Tiebreakers, in order: (1) entrant's second-highest single day of the Entry Period, (2) total weekly step count, (3) earliest submission timestamp.

Raffle winner will be selected by a random draw from all eligible non-top-3 entries, weighted by total raffle entries earned per entrant. The draw will be conducted on camera and recorded; the recording will be posted publicly for verification within a reasonable time after the drawing. The recording will show the full pool of eligible entries (or a verifiable export thereof) and the random selection process used.

8. Verification

Top-3 winners must verify their step count by submitting a 15-second video to Sponsor within 48 hours of being contacted. The video must scroll through their Oura app showing the daily step counts for the full Entry Period and their account name. If a top-3 winner fails to respond within 48 hours, fails to provide adequate verification, or is otherwise disqualified, the prize will be offered to the next eligible entrant.

All entries are subject to verification by Sponsor at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that appears, in Sponsor's reasonable judgment, to be fraudulent, tampered with, automated, or otherwise non-compliant with these Official Rules.

9. Notification

Winners will be notified by email and/or direct message on the social platform used for entry, on or about July 8, 2026. If a winner cannot be reached within 5 days of the first notification attempt, an alternate winner may be selected.

10. Prize Conditions

All prizes are awarded as described. No prize substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent except at Sponsor's sole discretion or as described in Section 6 above. Winners are solely responsible for any and all taxes, duties, fees, or other charges associated with the receipt and use of any prize in their jurisdiction.

Sponsor reserves the right to award fewer than all prizes if Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, that an insufficient number of eligible entries are received or that no entry meets the qualifying criteria.

11. General Conditions

By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, misdirected, garbled, or undeliverable entries; technical, hardware, software, or network malfunctions; communication line failures; or any other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, or electronic.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes at any time if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

12. Publicity

By accepting a prize, each winner grants Sponsor permission to use their name, social handle, prize information, and a still image or short clip from their verification video for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

13. Privacy

Information submitted by entrants is governed by Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at aurean.shop/policies/privacy-policy. Entrants who opt in will be added to Aurean's email newsletter. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.

14. Release

By entering, each entrant releases Sponsor, its affiliates, partners, contractors, and their respective employees, officers, directors, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising out of or relating to participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

15. Governing Law

These Official Rules and the Sweepstakes are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hamilton County, Ohio.
